2972 Mullens Drive

We (Jade and Paul) came across 2972 Mullens Drive in August 2021. We were immediately drawn in by the mid-century exterior and seamless floor plan. At that time, we had fully renovated our personal properties, and  wrote an offer on the property and began scheduling  inspections, lining up contractors to see the property, and creating mood boards filled with design inspiration. We formulated an LLC with our friends Julie and Aaron in September, so we could have partners in the massive project we were about to take on. We closed escrow in October 2021. From the day we were handed the keys, we hit the ground running. Three months later, we listed the homes and received a stunning 15 offers! Check out the progress below.
