In 2024, recessed lighting was added in the living room, along with junction boxes for two pendant lights in the kitchen. New light fixtures were installed throughout the home, and the floors were leveled before installing hardwood flooring in the living room and kitchen. The stairs and bedroom floors were refinished, and new vent covers were added. The entire interior was freshly painted, along with the garage door. Outside, bamboo garden fencing was installed along the side of the house, complemented by new plants and mulch along the back fence.
