LOWER UNIT

In 2024, recessed lighting was added in the living room, along with junction boxes for two pendant lights in the kitchen. New light fixtures were installed throughout the home, and the floors were leveled before installing hardwood flooring in the living room and kitchen. The stairs and bedroom floors were refinished, and new vent covers were added. The entire interior was freshly painted, along with the garage door. Outside, bamboo garden fencing was installed along the side of the house, complemented by new plants and mulch along the back fence.

In 2022, a door frame was installed, and the kitchen underwent a refresh with new countertops, additional cabinets, a kitchen faucet, and a sink. Tile flooring was installed throughout the home, including the bathrooms, and a new garage door opener was added.

In 2020, the master bedroom bathroom was remodeled, featuring a new vanity, toilet, and medicine cabinets. Additionally, a section of the fence was replaced, and a new washer and dryer were installed.

In 2016, the kitchen was remodeled to create an open-concept layout, incorporating new tiles, a dishwasher, and cabinets.

Earlier, in 2015, a bathroom remodel was completed by Tom Williams for $8,475, and a new garage door was installed.

UPPER UNIT

Over the years, numerous updates and improvements have been made to the property. In 2024, the interior was freshly painted, and a new toilet was installed in the upper unit.

In 2023, a new washer was installed, along with a vent hood and fireplace doors.

In 2022, interior door knobs were replaced, hood filters were changed, and the chimney was cleaned, sealed, and inspected. The kitchen was upgraded with new countertops, a sink, and a garbage disposal. Electrical work was redone in the upper unit, including new ceiling, hallway, and track lighting for the living room. Additionally, a new refrigerator and a 24-inch built-in dishwasher were installed.

In 2020, the stove was replaced.

In 2014, a new water heater and dryer were installed.

Earlier, in 2012, a wall furnace was installed.
