Paul helped our friends (turned clients) purchase this lovely Richmond View home in 2017.

🎨 Brightened the spaces: Fresh paint throughout, including the front door, and a beautifully updated fireplace with a new mantle.


🍳 Modernized the kitchen: Installed a new refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. We removed the bulky overhead lighting and installed recessed lights and a stylish pendant light above the sink. We also removed an awkward corner cabinet and installed floating shelves. 
🌟 Enhanced bedrooms: We removed carpets to reveal the stunning hardwood floors, which we refinished with a clear coat. 


🌿 Upgraded outdoor living: We added a privacy screen to the back deck, which helped create more privacy from the neighbors.


🏡 Staging magic: We partnered with @studiohoum to create a vision of home for potential buyers.
