Geneva and JK’s home journey began with a dream to upsize back in 2021, and though their plans changed, their commitment to preparing their home for the market never wavered. From the outset, we provided detailed recommendations that would elevate their home's appeal when it came time to sell. They chipped away at home improvements, tackling a bathroom renovation, painting their kitchen cabinets, and refreshing their laundry room. They continued to upkeep and improve their home, making smart investments in upgrades that home buyers prioritize. One big upgrade they made was creating a small studio in their backyard that served as a perfect work from home space. 

After a watchful eye on the local market,  plenty of soul searching, and finally an opportunity to work abroad, they decided to stop their East Bay home search and instead move to London! They officially handed us the keys in August 2024. 

We got right to work, pulling together final touches to prepare the home for market. To create a fresh, inviting atmosphere, we started with a full interior paint refresh that gave the home a bright and cohesive look. New carpets in three of the bedrooms added comfort and a polished feel to the upper floor. The lower-level bathroom underwent a complete remodel, bringing in modern touches and enhanced functionality. Updated light fixtures throughout the house elevated the ambiance, providing warmth and style. Finally, landscape maintenance helped ensure the exterior looked as impressive as the inside.

Each improvement, both big and small, reflected Geneva and JK’s dedication to making the home shine. The transformation is a beautiful example of the care and commitment that went into preparing the property for its next chapter.
