After being on and off the market for years and in need of major repairs, we saw its potential and teamed up with a trusted general contractor to purchase and fully restore it. Our vision was to preserve the home’s original features while seamlessly blending in modern upgrades to meet today’s lifestyle needs.
After months of meticulous planning and restoration, this Spanish Mediterranean home was reborn. It retained its historical charm while offering the convenience and comfort of modern living. Here’s how we transformed this once-neglected gem into a stunning sanctuary:
Built a redwood deck off the back of the house for outdoor living.
Repaired stucco and refreshed with a full exterior paint.
Refinished the front porch with new concrete and modernized all light fixtures.

Repaired and re-textured plaster walls before painting throughout.
