About Jade Talbot

Jade Talbot is the Co-Founder and Marketing & Operations Lead of Talbot Team. She brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to the business—shaped by years of experience in education, systems thinking, and real estate strategy.

Jade co-founded Talbot Team in 2020, helping build the operational and marketing foundation that supports the team’s work today. She leads marketing, operations, and brand direction, shaping how homes are presented to the market and how systems function behind the scenes so that clients receive a clear, consistent, and well-supported experience.

Her professional background is in education. Jade worked as a curriculum and assessment specialist at UC Berkeley’s Lawrence Hall of Science and later as a teacher and leader in OUSD’s Newcomer Program. That foundation continues to influence her work: she is known for bringing structure to complex processes, anticipating needs, and ensuring that information is communicated clearly and thoughtfully.

Jade’s perspective is informed by firsthand experience buying, selling, renovating, and making multiple move-up decisions. While she is no longer client-facing, that lived experience allows her to collaborate closely with Paul on strategy, preparation, and positioning—helping the team make informed, intentional decisions that support long-term outcomes.

As the lead for marketing and operations, Jade focuses on brand consistency, digital marketing strategy, systems, and workflow—ensuring that each listing is positioned with clarity and care and that the team operates efficiently behind the scenes. Her work enables Paul and the rest of the team to focus fully on advising and advocating for clients.

Jade’s role is rooted in collaboration, preparation, and trust. While much of her work happens behind the scenes, her impact is felt throughout the client experience—supporting a team culture centered on clarity, integrity, and long-term thinking.
