Meet Jade & Paul
Jade and Paul Talbot are the co-founders of Talbot Team, an East Bay–based real estate team focused on helping buyers and homeowners make smart, strategic decisions that support long-term wealth building.
Paul has been a licensed real estate agent since 2013 and serves as the Lead Agent for Talbot Team, working directly with both buyers and sellers through strategy, negotiations, and execution. He leads all agent-to-agent communication and negotiations, advises clients on pricing and financial considerations, and helps buyers and sellers think through space planning and the long-term use of a home.
Jade leads marketing, operations, and strategy, shaping how listings are positioned, how systems run behind the scenes, and how clients experience the process from start to finish. Her background in education—as a curriculum and assessment specialist at UC Berkeley’s Lawrence Hall of Science and later as a teacher and leader in OUSD’s Newcomer Program—continues to influence the team’s emphasis on clear communication, preparation, and thoughtful guidance.
Experience That Shapes the Way We Advise
Jade and Paul bring lived experience to their work. They have purchased and sold multiple primary residences, completed two single-family flips, and made several intentional move-up decisions—each one sharpening their understanding of renovation strategy, budgeting, timing, and long-term equity growth.
During the pandemic, after completing a full remodel of their prior home, they made a strategic move to purchase a 5,400 sq ft former nunnery in Estudillo Estates, San Leandro—designed to support multi-generational living, dedicated real estate offices, and a boutique Airbnb—less than a mile from their previous home. The property continues to serve as both a family home and a creative, wealth-building asset.

Talbot Team is intentionally structured so clients benefit from both clear leadership and deep support. Paul leads all buyer and seller representation, while Jade oversees marketing, operations, and strategy. Their work is supported by two additional agents, an administrative assistant, and a transaction coordinator, along with the backing of Compass and long-standing relationships with trusted contractors, lenders, title and escrow professionals, and collaborative agents throughout the East Bay.
