By 2021, attention turned to the bathroom, which was fully remodeled, while the garage received insulation and a repaired roof—small but essential updates that laid the groundwork for future improvements.
2024 was a year of big infrastructure upgrades. A new electrical subpanel in the garage and updated plumbing throughout the house ensured the systems were reliable and safe. The hot tub was hooked up, inviting relaxation into everyday life, and a paver walkpath was added in the front yard, creating a welcoming route from driveway to porch.
Then came 2025, a year of refresh and polish. The entire interior—walls, ceilings, trim, and doors—received a fresh coat of paint, while the kitchen and laundry cabinets were updated with new paint and modern fixtures. Outside, the stucco, garage, doors, and shed were repainted, and new light fixtures and house numbers added both style and function. The backyard became a true retreat with string lights, manicured trees and roses, and over 50 new plants, herbs, and vegetables bringing life to the space.
And then there’s the garden—the heart of this home’s story. A lush fruit garden now thrives, with fig, apple, kumquat, apricot, and orange trees, offering not just beauty but a harvest of fresh fruit. It’s a space where every renovation tells a story, every plant and fixture is a chapter, and the home’s transformation is complete.
