Jamie and Ellie
Jamie is music producer and recording engineer, who decided to follow his dreams and start a music studio in LA (sooo cool, right?!). Ellie works for Waymo and will be tele-commuting (and traveling for work once traveling is a thing again). Since Ellie and Jamie needed to sell their house BEFORE they bought their second home, we strategized with them to come up with an approach that allowed for minimal disruption to their lives.
It can definitely feel overwhelming to make a move amidst a pandemic, especially if you have young children at home. Jamie and Ellie decided to sell their home "off market" with a transparent price.
